Description

This course is designed to provide the concepts and theory necessary for the successful transition of the LPN to the role of the Associate Degree Nurse. An introduction to the philosophy and conceptual framework of the nursing program is presented. Student learning is also focused on the transition to the student role, the differences between the LPN and RN roles, RN competencies, and the application of the nursing process. Coreq: NUR 122
