Statistics (MAT 220)
Term: 2015-2016 - Spring Semester
This course introduces statistical analysis, providing students with skills in descriptive and inferential statistics. Students will employ methods of collecting, organizing, summarizing, and presenting data. Topics of study also include sampling methods, data representation, probability and probability distributions, normal distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression, and correlation. Prerequisite: Minimum grade of “C” in MAT 111, or MAT117.
