International Cuisine (CUL 232)
Term: 2021-2022 AY - Spring Semester
This is a comprehensive course on International Cookery. This course provides the student with an explanation of the development of cuisines as well as a historical background and recipes from the cookery of Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Italy, and Latin America. Prereq C or better in CUL231 co-req:CUL242 and CUL224.
