Suicide Across the Lifespan (SOC 207)
Term: 2012-2013 AY - Fall Semester
An in-depth study of suicide across the lifespan, which will include the history behind suicidal behaviors, the stigmas that have arisen around suicide, the causative factors of suicidal behaviors at different stages of life, and the identification and estimation of risk behaviors, as well as preventive, interventive, and postventive strategies. Prerequisite: PSY101, SOC101, or permission of instructor.
