Description
In this course, students will secure employment within the residential construction industry. Students may choose any area of specialty within the residential industry. The student will work on the jobsite, in the shop, or in the office of a sponsoring construction company. This hands-on apprenticeship, under the direction and supervision of an experienced supervisor, reinforces the subjects learned in the first year of the Sustainable Construction program. Prerequisites: SDB101, MAT114, ENG108, SDB108 and successful completion of OSHA 10-hour card.
