Description
This electrical course will encompass direct current fundamentals, and will conclude with and introduction to alternating current theory. Topics of study include: safety, atom structure, electrical units, engineering units and ohms law, power, resistive loads, series circuits, parallel circuits, static electricity, measuring instruments, magnetism and magnetic induction, and DC motors. Co-requisite: MAT114 or higher.
