Workers in this role are licensed professionals with the background and experience to provide clinical care or public health professionals. Upon completion, they will be equipped to analyze and recommend solutions for HIT implementation problems in clinical and public health settings. Among other things, they will also advise and assist clinicians in taking full advantage of technology; act as liaisons between those involved, and train practitioners in the best uses of the EHR systems.Designed for licensed clinical or public health professionals; or in the case of public health, for individuals with significant experience in federal, state, or local public health agencies.This is a 6-month certificate course.
