Release of Student Records
Unless otherwise specifically revoked in writing, individuals attending Kennebec Valley Community College consent to the release of directory information including photographic likeness. Students wishing to withdraw their consent regarding any specific information must do so in writing to the College Registrar. Directory information is limited to a student's full name, the fact that a student is or was enrolled, enrollment status, class level, majors/minors, dates of attendance, degrees, honors or rewards received, cumulative credit hours, and participation in recognized activities. Other student records are regarded as confidential in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and its subsequent amendments.
By checking "I agree" below, I consent to the release of directory information noted above. This includes the use by Kennebec Valley Community College and the Maine Community College System of a photograph(s) of me in any publication, advertisement, report or other material promoting the college or the system. I hereby waive any and all rights to inspect or approve such photograph(s), and release the college and the system from any and all claims arising from the use of the photograph(s).
